The time commitment varies by program. The Leadership Breakthrough requires approximately 3-4 hours weekly including our sessions and implementation work. The Executive Team Transformation involves intensive workshop days followed by implementation periods. The Leadership Mastermind asks for 5-7 hours monthly plus bi-weekly accountability sessions. All programs are designed with the demands of senior leadership in mind, focusing on depth and quality rather than time-consuming tasks.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Absolutely. Unlike large coaching programs that delegate to associate coaches, I personally guide each client's leadership transformation. Depending on your program, you'll have various channels for direct communication, including scheduled sessions, email support, and in some cases, text/voice messaging for time-sensitive situations. My clients consistently note that this direct relationship is central to their transformation.

Will I have direct support during the program?
